This is my first "TOP OF THE LINE" motherboard by DFI...This motherboard worked flawest right out to box!!!!...I needed a motherboard that could handle my new Intel CORE2 Q6600,STILL use my Ocz Pc2-8500 DDR2 Reaper Crossire Edition Ram.....This DFI LP UT X48 T2R was the answer!!! In fact all I did was go into BIO's and set-up the DRAM voltage FOR my DDR2 ram, leave everything else in the default settings....After REBOOTING, My new gaming rig fired up with out a hitch... was so fast and responsive that it scared me!!...DFI YOU HAVE A WINNER!!!..I love the cooling solution on the motherboard...Note: I haven't even tinkered with overclocking yet, just have the MOBO working with the default settings!!!!!.....I just might build another system using this DFI LP UT X48 T2R for my video editing system!!!....DFI KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ON AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!!

Great Motherboard!

I have gone through many x38/x48 boards and I have to say that this has to be the best one I have used. Runs great, cool, easily overclocked my qx9650 to 4 ghz while also have 8 gigs of ddr2 1000 installed. Absolutely incredible board. Only issue I have is you need a little bit of patience to install it, but it is well worth it. I have used Asus, gigabyte and abit's offerings and they don't hold a candle to this awesome board.
