ASUS can absorb one of the manufacturers of motherboards

According to industry sources, the company ASUSTeK Computer is considering the possibility of absorption of one of the players in the market of motherboards that will enable it to expand its influence in this business area. The manufacturer has officially denied these rumors and says only, that is really planning to make an attempt to stabilize the development of the unit dealing cards.

Since 2005, the market for motherboard is different slow growth. Industry players can significantly increase their share at the expense of taking away a "pie" from competitors.
